These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Copenhagen Unfiltered, covering Walking Tours, City Hall Weddings, and Photo & Video Sessions. By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Walking Tours are confirmed automatically upon booking.
City Hall Weddings and Photo & Video Sessions require manual confirmation. You will receive a notification once your booking has been reviewed and approved, typically within 24 hours.
Payment is made in cash on the day of the tour, or by bank transfer if booking more than 2 days in advance. Prices are listed per person on the booking page.
A 25% deposit secures your booking:
The deposit is payable by bank transfer upon booking confirmation and is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled more than 60 days before the wedding date.
The remaining balance is split into two payments:

Pricing is tailored to your project and provided as a custom quote. A deposit (typically 25% of the agreed price) secures your booking date, following the same payment structure as City Hall Weddings, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour are fully refundable (where payment has already been made). Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
The deposit is refundable if cancelled more than 60 days before the event date. Cancellations within 60 days of the event are non-refundable, as this time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.
Under Danish and EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to services booked for a specific date or time, such as our walking tours, weddings, and photo/video sessions. This falls under the exemption for leisure activities with a fixed date of performance (EU Consumer Rights Directive, Article 16(l); Danish Forbrugeraftaleloven §18, stk. 2, nr. 12).

Walking tours run rain or shine — Copenhagen weather is part of the experience! In the rare case of severe or unsafe weather conditions (e.g. storm warnings), we will contact you to reschedule your tour or offer a full refund.
Images and video captured during weddings and photo/video sessions may be used by Copenhagen Unfiltered for portfolio and marketing purposes (including our website and social media), unless you request otherwise in writing before your session. Your privacy is always respected — let us know your preference and we’ll honor it.
Copenhagen Unfiltered takes reasonable care in planning and conducting all tours and sessions but cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, third-party venue restrictions, or unforeseen events. Participants take part in walking tours at their own risk.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page.
